Is Doctrs free?

Yes. Doctrs is entirely free of charge.

I can’t register at Doctrs. How come?

Doctrs is currently only accepting E-Mail adresses of various selected hospitals and clinics, mainly in German, Austria and Switzerland. If you feel your hospital or practice is missing then please do not hesitate to drop us an inquiry to integate your E-mail adress at support@doctrs.com

What’s a social net?

A so-called social net is a web-based platform which facilitates exchange between a certain peer group. Doctrs is only intended to be for Physicians and Medical Professionals.

Is my data safe?

Yes. As indicated in our Terms of Service you data are securely stored within the social net. Your profiles might be able to be found via search engines, but all communication within won’t.

My E-mail adress is not accepted.

Currently we are only serving selected number of hospitals and clinics. Due to the amount of worldwide Universities, Clinics and private practices we are not able to include all of them. If yours is missing please do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail at support@doctrs.com and your place of work, respectively its e-mail adress will be granted access

Who is behind all that?

Doctrs has been founded by Michael Kamleitner and Lukas Zinnagl in 2008. The intention was to create a private network, which serves the needs physicians around the world face when being in a social net.

Do patients see what’s inside Doctrs?

No, Doctrs is exclusively for Physicians and the respective Registrant is check by people and algorithms in order to prevent fraud or fake Physicians.

How do I edit my Contact Profile upon Registration?

Please go to „Profile“ and click on the „edit profile“ button in order to edit your profile.

I really like Doctrs. Can I invite one of my collegues?

Yes. You have 10 Invitations for your collegues or friends within the healthcare field. Please be aware that we are only accepting certain e-mail adresses based on their affiliatiation with hospitals, practices and/or university clinics.
